Our story begins with Nugget. Our Founder.

One late night, as Nugget was caught with a nasty tummy bug, a creative spark, and a question surfaced: 

“What if there was a way to bring together visionaries and skilled artisans, allowing great ideas to flourish regardless of their origin?”

This moment of inspiration is the seed from which the world will advance.

Stitching Together a Dream

Armed with this vision, Nugget set out to create a platform that would redefine collaboration in the digital age. 

The concept was met with unexpected and overwhelming faith.

With this newfound faith, he began to shape what would become Patchwork & Co.

The name itself was born from this collaborative spirit. 

Like patches on a jacket or in a quilt, each contributor would bring their unique skills and ideas, coming together to create something great.

At the heart of Patchwork & Co lies its groundbreaking profit-sharing model. 

Nugget had seen too many talented individuals walk away from projects, feeling undervalued and unrecognized. 

The solution? A 50-40-10 split would ensure fair compensation for all involved.

50% to the Visionary who sparks the initial idea,

 40% to the Artisans who bring it to life,

10% to Patchwork & Co to sustain and grow the platform.

This model wasn’t just about numbers; it was a statement of values. 

It declared that every contribution, from the initial concept to the final execution, deserved recognition and reward.

Building the Digital Playground

With the core philosophy in place, Nugget and the team set about creating the digital infrastructure that would make Patchwork & Co a reality. 

They developed unique features like the Task Board, where projects could be broken down into manageable pieces, and the Innovation Station, 

a hub for quality assurance and creative refinement.
